Payment Information
Payment methods accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash. All payments need to be paid the day following the bidding closing. If you wish to use an alternate credit card or if you wish to pay cash, you MUST notify us prior to the bidding closing, as we charge credit cards by 10am the morning after the auction closes!!
IF YOU ARE NOT APPROVED PRIOR TO AUCTION ENDING, INVOICE TOTALS OVER $500 MUST BE PAID VIA WIRE TRANSFER, CERTIFIED FUNDS, OR CASH. ALL FEES RELATED TO WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE BUYER RESPONSIBILITY.
Checkout Information
Pick up days are scheduled for Wednesday, April 17th and Thursday, April 18th from 9 AM to 4:30 PM at our location. Unless arrangements have been made before auction ends, all items are to be picked up by 4: 30 pm Thursday, April 18th.
Removal Information
Pick up days are scheduled for Wednesday, April 17th and Thursday, April 18th from 9 AM to 4:30 PM at our office/warehouse located at 1091 Hwy 24, Statesboro, GA 30461.
Please make sure your items are picked up no later than Thursday, April 18th at 4:30 PM.
If you purchase a firearm, please have your ID ready at time of pickup, as well as your Georgia Carry Permit if you have one and be prepared to fill out the applicable FFL paperwork.
Please pick up the items you win on these days as we have limited space and constantly have new items coming in. If the items you win are not picked up within two weeks, they become property of the auction company, with no refund available to the bidder. Please bring LOADING HELP as we do not always have staff to load for you!
*If you are buying a firearm that needs to be shipped--> you MUST supply us with an FFL dealer to ship to and we will have to have a copy of their current FFL license in order to release the firearm for shipment!
We will not be shipping any large pieces of equipment/furniture, so please be aware of the size of items you are bidding on.
WE WILL NOT SHIP FRAGILE ITEMS
Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process shipping. BE AWARE--if you are getting your items shipped, we will call for payment authorization should the shipping cost be OVER $50.00. If the shipping expense is under $50, your card on file will get charged automatically. We do not guarantee shipping. Any issues with shipment requires proof from customer before claims can be filed with UPS. No refunds will be given until claim is processed and paid by UPS.
