Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM at our office/warehouse located at 1091 Hwy 24, Statesboro, GA 30461.
Payment Information
Payment methods accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash. All payments need to be paid the day following the bidding closing. If you wish to use an alternate credit card or if you wish to pay cash, you MUST notify us prior to the bidding closing, as we charge credit cards by 10am the morning after the auction closes!!

NOTICE: IF YOU ARE NOT APPROVED PRIOR TO AUCTION ENDING, INVOICE TOTALS OVER $500 MUST BE PAID VIA WIRE TRANSFER, CERTIFIED FUNDS, OR CASH. ALL FEES RELATED TO WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE BUYER RESPONSIBILITY.
Checkout Information
Pick up days are scheduled for Wednesday, February 28th and Thursday, February 29th from 9 AM to 4:30 PM at our location. Unless arrangements have been made before auction ends, all items are to be picked up by 4: 30 pm Thursday, February 29th.
Removal Information
Pick up days are scheduled for Wednesday, February 28th and Thursday, February 29th from 9 AM to 4:30 PM at our office/warehouse located at 1091 Hwy 24, Statesboro, GA 30461.

Please make sure your items are picked up no later than Thursday, February 29th at 4:30 PM.

Please pick up the items you win on these days as we have limited space and constantly have new items coming in. If the items you win are not picked up within two weeks, they become property of the auction company, with no refund available to the bidder. Please bring LOADING HELP as we do not always have staff to load for you!

You will receive a post auction email and/or text message asking you to choose whether you will pick up your items locally, or if you need to have them shipped. Please make sure and promptly respond!

For SHIPPING: Once you choose the "Ship" option, please allow 7-14 business days for your items to be packaged. Once packaged, you will receive another email and/or text message with an itemized shipping invoice showing the breakdown of materials, labor, label expense, etc, as well as the option to pay online or call to make a payment. You MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE SHIPPING INVOICE. If payment is not received within five days, your items will become property of the auction company and your shipment will be voided. Once payment for shipping has been made, you will receive an email with carrier and tracking information.

We will not be shipping any large pieces of equipment/furniture, so please be aware of the size of items you are bidding on.

Should any damage occur during shipping after leaving our facility, all shipping claims will be processed through Shipping Saint.
