Auction Description
Dr. Randy Smith, local Statesboro physician, has been leading international Medical Mission trips for 43 years. This year, the medical mission trip will go to the Dominican Republic to serve people of the D.R. and Haiti. The team is sponsored by Pittman Park United Methodist Church (UMC).
This medical mission team, lead by Dr. Smith and John Bearden of Big Hope Ministries, consists of doctors, nurses, opticians, interpreters, and lay personnel who represent 8 churches in the area. During a week-long stay, an average number of 800 people are treated and cared for.
Expenses for this trip are covered by donations, self-funding, and fund-raisers. These prints were donated specifically for the purpose of assisting with the costs of these annual medical trips and 100% of the proceeds will go for this purpose.

Payment methods accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash. All payments need to be paid the day following the bidding closing. If you wish to use an alternate credit card or if you wish to pay cash, you MUST notify us prior to the bidding closing, as we charge credit cards by 10am the morning after the auction closes!!
IF YOU ARE NOT APPROVED PRIOR TO AUCTION ENDING, INVOICE TOTALS OVER $500 MUST BE PAID VIA WIRE TRANSFER, CERTIFIED FUNDS, OR CASH. ALL FEES RELATED TO WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE BUYER RESPONSIBILITY.

Pick up days are scheduled for Tuesday, May 30th and Wednesday, May 31st from 9 AM to 4:30 PM at our location. Unless arrangements have been made before auction ends, all items are to be picked up by 4: 30 pm Wednesday, May 31st
Removal Information
Pick up days are scheduled for Tuesday, May 30th and Wednesday, May 31st from 9 AM to 4:30 PM at our office/warehouse located at 1091 Hwy 24, Statesboro, GA 30461.
Please make sure your items are picked up no later than Wednesday, May 31st at 4:30 PM.
Please pick up the items you win on these days as we have limited space and constantly have new items coming in. If the items you win are not picked up within two weeks, they become property of the auction company, with no refund available to the bidder. Please bring LOADING HELP as we do not always have staff to load for you!
We will not be shipping any large pieces of equipment/furniture, so please be aware of the size of items you are bidding on.
We will ship for this auction. The bidder will be responsible for paying for box and packaging, in addition to label expense for shipment. Please allow atleast two-three weeks for process of shipping due to potential high demand for shipments, as well as special order of boxes and packaging material to ensure items get delivered safely.
Should there be an item delivered broken, claims will be processed with UPS BEFORE any refunds are issued. Pictures are required of items at question for the claim to be processed.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process shipping due to large demand.
